Along with serving in a supportive role with Pastor Dave in ministry here at Green Ridge since 1986, I have also had the privilege of serving as the church administrator since 2005. The greatest joy of my life is my family. My main function here is to man the church office, produce a weekly bulletin, monthly church calendar, and keep our website and facebook pages current. I am also here to facilitate the use of our church building and vehicles. It is my desire to help each staff member and volunteer to accomplish their jobs with excellence and as little stress as possible. If you have a question, I hope to have the answer, but if not, I will always do my best to find one in a timely manner. It is a blessing for me to be able to serve along side my husband as he fulfills the call of God on his life here at Green Ridge. I can be reached at the church office M-T-W-F 9:00 am - 2:00 pm.
Pastor Michael Revilak has attended Green Ridge for about 17 years. In that time he has ministered at Lackawanna County Prison for 13 years, proclaiming the Gospel to thousands and baptizing many. This life transforming work continues through one of his converts who now ministers in his place, and he continues to impact the prison with Gospel literature he supplies. Some of his converts who are not U.S. citizens have since been deported back to their country of origin; this is an example of reverse missionary work. With a heart of compassion and a burning desire to reach the lost, Pastor Mike currently serves as Outreach Pastor. Having taught everything from Evangelism Explosion to Way of the Master he now utilizes a blend of servant and proclamation evangelism. This has motivated our congregation to share the Gospel among their friends, family, schools, the homeless, in hospitals and nursing homes, our military overseas, and local businesses. His life's theme can be summed up in five words: "By all means save some" (1 Corinthians 9:22b).
His wife Theresa works with Campus Crusade for Christ's internet evangelism ministry through which she has ministered across the globe in countries such as Nigeria, Ghana, Sudan, Iraq, Iran and many others. She has also served as an instructor for Crossroad Bible Institute's correspondence ministry for over five years, through which she has discipled inmates across the U.S. She is also a dedicated orphan advocate online.
Pastor Mike and Theresa are the parents of their daughter Elizabeth and son Andrew Michael.
